How do I return my order or item?
You can ship your return to: Corbel Universe, 627 N Five Mile Rd, Boise ID 83713. After receiving your return and confirming condition a refund will be issued to your credit card, minus any shipping charges.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, there is a 25% restocking fee on all in like-new condition with original product tags and packaging that have not been installed, used, or modified. You may return the product at your expense within 30 days of your receipt. Any products that are not in like-new condition will not be returned and cannot be shipped back to you. Additional fees for shipping internationally or orders shipped to HI or AK are non-refundable.
How do I search for an item?
In the search bar you can search for items that include your search terms such as corbels, alder, acanthus corbels etc. Alternately you may pick a category such as Posts and narrow it down using the tags above the product listing.
Will I receive a tracking number?
A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of the shipping.
How do I receive a promo code?
Periodically we do run specials. If you are in our data base you will receive a notification email of the dates and the promo code, or it will be posted on our website. We do offer bulk purchase pricing for builders, architects and designers. Contact us at (800) 830-4563
Do you have these items in stock?
On occasion some items may be on back order. We will notify you either by email or phone on the estimated ship date if an item is not in stock.
Do you carry inventory?
No, we do not carry inventory. All our items are dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer for the fastest delivery and lead times.

Can I make an exchange?
At this time we do not have an exchange program in place. You will need to return your order and place a new order.
Do you match prices?
Yes, we do match prices! We will need to verify that the item is the same and that it is not a close-out or discontinued item.
Do you give a discount on larger orders?
We do offer a professional builders program, you can call our toll free number (800) 830-4563 for price quotes on bulk purchases.
What is the lead time?
Except for special orders and or back orders, ship time is between one and two business days.
Do you send samples?
We do not send free samples at this time.
